Incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited company, we commenced operations in August 2008. The registered office is located at Plot 10 Peter Odili Road, while the base office is currently located at Daiik Engineering Close, off KM 14 PH – Aba Express Way, Port Harcourt. With the sole objective to serve humanity, Mr. Obioma Chimechefulem is an advent believer that Nigeria will once again soar as the giant of Africa. With humble beginnings, he strives for the very excellence that is parallel to none and extends these ideologies to his environment.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree (honors) in accountancy from Imo State University (now Abia State University) Uturu, and further obtained an MBA in finance from Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Enugu.
Over the years, Mr. Chimechefulem has been privileged to work with a few companies including Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited (1991-2014) where he rose to the prominent position of Executive Director. He has also consulted with major stakeholders in the oil and gas sector delivering excellent consultation between 2014 and 2017. He resumed the office of the MD/CEO Eastline Energy Resources Ltd. in 2018.
Mr. Azuegeiro has over the decades built a wealth of knowledge and experience in his profession as an accountant to be reckoned with. With over 34 years of experience as a District Accountant with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), and Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC), he has created value through unswaggering mentorship and sound business acumen.
He graduated with a BSc (Honors) in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also has a PGD in Finance from Imo State University, Owerri, and a Masters in Business Administration.
Aside from the workplace, Mr. Azuegeiro is a seasoned volunteer/donor to NGOs. His watchword is centered on equity and spreading love to family and extends to the society.
We remain bankable not just because of the apt services we provide as a company but the wealth of knowledge we have in our arsenal. Mr. Lazarus is a seasoned, well-rounded fellow in the oil and gas sector. He has been actively involved in the training of personnel within the country and overseas, supervision of work methodologies, and an active well tester.
Having graduated from the Petroleum Training Institute Warri in 1981, he has undergone tremendous pieces of training that can’t be falsified. ‘PAPA LAZ’ as fondly called by colleagues and mentees has worked in different companies, in different capacities. Some of the organizations include Halliburton Energy Services, OTIS Engineering Group, Power Well Services, Expro Group. When not active in operations, you can find him writing and sharing his wealth of knowledge.
Over 20 years in the oil and gas sector with experience in production operations, well intervention services, drilling, slickline jobs, well head jobs, completion jobs, frac and gravel pack operations, Drill stem test.
He has proven expertise in organizational management and seasoned in business development with professional experience in organizations such as Halliburton where he rose to the position of Senior Technical Advisor/Business Developer.
An experienced and trained eye who has served in different capacity for over three decades, Mr. Torti started out as a Lab assistant with OTIS Nigeria (a Halliburton company) and over the decades served as a data acquisition supervisor in the area of data acquisition with Halliburton Nigeria.
He is very detailed and always ready to instruct personnel on the job and his passion for growth drives him to be intentional on mentoring green horns in the industry.
